COURSE CONTENT NPC

Five (5) weekly sessions of intensive firearms training that extends the skills gained in the Advanced Course to promote your survival in defensive scenarios and your performance in competition. You will learn to adapt and overcome in combat conditions.
To enhance your use of handguns in defensive applications, the course emphasizes your drawing and shooting from numerous stances and positions. You will engage multiple targets using a mix of two-handed and one-handed-only techniques from the kneeling, sitting, and prone positions.
To gain appreciation of its value as a defensive tool, each session you will seriously use a 12 gauge riot shotgun. In combat situations, you'll fire double-0 buck shot, fire rifled slugs, and perform combat reloading.
Rolling Thunder is a drill where you sequentially engage an array of various targets placed at different distances firing an assortment of handguns and long guns from the sitting, standing, kneeling, and prone positions.
3-4-5 is a drill that demonstrates a technique of rolling away from incoming fire while returning controlled fire. Starting from the prone position you'll fire 3 shots from your strong side. You'll roll to the inverted position and fire 4 shots. You'll then continue to roll to the prone position to 5 shots from your support side.

SCHEDULE & FEES

Five (5) weekly sessions typically conducted Saturday mornings.
Enrollment Fee is $175.
Ammunition Fees are assessed per shooting session.
All other required equipment and supplies are provided by Pistol People at no additional cost.
